Sprouted grain is made from grain that has been soaked in water until it begins to grow.
Totally free from GMO’s and low in starch. Sprouted wheat is NOT gluten free. However, because of its low starch content, some people who have been on a gluten-free diet have been able to eat sprouted flour.
Sprouting neutralizes potent carcinogens and enzyme inhibitors, as well as phytic acid present in the bran of all grains that inhibits absorption of calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and zinc.
This product is not intended for consumption prior to cooking.
