Refund and Return Policy

At Healthy Roots, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We aim to provide high-quality, trustworthy health products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


In-Store Purchases

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of management.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements or consumables

  • Perishable groceries

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., skincare, hair care)

  • Sale or clearance items


Online Orders

Return Window

  • Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

How to Return

  1. Email us at healtypantry@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after return delivery for processing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.


Special Orders & Consultations

  • Custom or special orders (e.g., non-stock items or by-request supplements) are final sale.

  • Supplement consultations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
