In-Store Purchases
Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Returns without a receipt may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of management.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

Online Orders

Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
How to Return

Email us at healtypantry@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–5 business days after return delivery for processing.
